Shipping policy

-Processing time is 1-2 weeks unless discussed

-Choosing expedited shipping does not speed up processing  time so please be sure to purchase the rush listing 

If by chance your package got lost we will indeed work with you in order to retrieve your package. And if needs be we will most definitely replace a lost package.

However, if your package was tick as delivered, and you said you didn't receive it, i am sorry but we won't be held accountable for it. Once the tracking number that we provided shows that it was delivered to the correct address you will have to contact your post office on this matter.
